This creates greater opportunities for outperforming the market indices. However, Ashcourt has developed an investment style that is as sensitive to downside as it is to upside. There is a potential downside in that any falls can be greater than the market.

We realise that clients have different attitudes to risk and it is for this reason that we ask you to advise us of the level of risk that you wish to take when managing your portfolio. This allows us to structure your portfolio to meet your specific requirements. We also ask you to let us know if you are investing for income, capital growth or a balance between the two.
