Ashcourt Holdings Plc, formed on 16 August 2002, became the holdings company for the Ashcourt Group of companies; Ashcourt Asset Management Limited, Ashcourt Investment Advisers Limited, Horder & Company Limited, Ashcourt Pensions Trustees Limited, Ashcourt Administration Limited and Ashcourt Asset Management Guernsey Limited. The Ashcourt Group is a provider of independent regulated investment and financial planning services including portfolio management, investments (including PEPs & ISAs), pensions (including SIPPs and SIPP administration), life, protection and tax planning.
