Steve Salliss - Group IT Manager Steve started his career in 1983 with ITT as a test engineer and through various acquisitions worked for STC, ICL and Alcatel in similar technical positions. Steve was promoted to a field-engineering role in 1988 where he was assigned Alcatel's largest local Government account. The following year Steve was again promoted to their field engineering and customer support team. After being headhunted by IDEAssociates in 1991 Steve spent the next five years working in technical support, pre-sales support and finally European sales, supporting the UK, Spain, Portugal and Scandinavia. In 1996 Steve co-founded and ran a successful computer consultancy partnership until he joined Ashcourt in 2001. Since joining Ashcourt Steve has maintained and run the IT Department
supporting 100 users over 9 sites. In addition Steve manages the groups
facilities overseeing all property issues.
